Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist

Therapy Point Pty Ltd is seeking ane xperienced and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147.

This is a full time role: however, we also consider part-time and contract positios. in this role you will play the key part in deliviring high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for clients
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities including mentoring
• Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists as required

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in paediatric

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

• Work from our Seven Hills clinic NSW 2147

• The clinic room is fully resourced and furnished

• Flexible working hours

• 12% superannuation and a Professional Development allowance

• Realistic caseloads based on experience

• Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience

• Senior Occupational Therapist: $100,000 - $115,000 + Superanuation

• Occupational Therapist: $90,000 -100,000 and Superanuation

• Continuous Professional Development will be provided by the company ($1500 per year) for fulltime position and $1000 for part time position

• Performance bonus

Flexible working hours/choose your own hours- Mostly clinic based paediatric clients and complete admin support

$115-$125 per hour depending on experience.
